- Office Manager/Wife
Janet has worked in the medical field since graduating from King’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. She and Al have two children, Alaina and Ryan. Alaina was born in Greece where they lived for three years while Al was in the military. Ryan is “homegrown. Both Al and Janet have been involved with Boy Scout Troop525 for the past ten years with Janet being the Committee Chairperson and Al being the Chartered Organization Representative. Janet’s hobbies are traveling, reading, and gardening. The best thing about Al is his laugh. Get him going and he will laugh till he cries!
- Patient Coordinator
Prior to moving to Pennsylvania and working for Dr. Stush, Brenda was living in Austin, TX for many years. She has one daughter Kaylie, who is studying radiology at The Pennsylvania School of Technology.
Her husband Chris is retired military and looking forward to pursuing a new career. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling and being outdoors with her two Pekingese, Tiffany and Alex. Brenda feels the best part of being on Dr. Stush’s team is watching the transformation of patients smiles and how it increases their self-esteem. The dedication Dr. Stush has to his family and practice is commendable. His laugh is very contagious.
- New Patient Coordinator
Lisa enjoys every minute of working in the orthodontic field. As our new patient coordinator, she greets every new patient and does a great job making them feel relaxed and welcome. She lives in Turbotville where she was born and raised.
Lisa has twin daughters, Tara and Kara. She enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband Brian. She says the most wonderful thing about Dr. Stush is his dedication to his patients and staff.
- Specialized Clinical Assistant
Barbara has been working in the orthodontic field for her entire career. She enjoys working in a professional environment and treats every day as a new learning experience. Getting to know the patients and their families is an added bonus working in this field. She also appreciates working alongside Dr. Stush, his passion for his profession is contagious.
Barbara enjoys gardening, journaling, and spending time with family and friends. Barbara most recently passed a Voluntary Certification Exam offered through the American Association of Orthodontists. She is a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant meeting and fulfilling all the requirements to earn the title.
- Specialized Clinical Assistant
Taria enjoys working with Dr. Stush, helping to create beautiful smiles. She is responsible for the digital photographic and radiographic presentations. She also assists in the lab, pouring and trimming study models. She resides in Shamokin Dam with her two kitties, Daisy and Mocha.
Taria enjoys traveling to new places and meeting new people. Taria is very quick witted and can easily bring a smile to a patients face. Taria most recently passed a Voluntary Certification Exam offered through the American Association of Orthodontists. She is a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant meeting and fulfilling all the requirements to earn the title.
- Clinical Assistant/Ordering Specialist
Melissa came on board to work with Dr. Stush shortly after he opened his practice in the Lewisburg area. She brought many talents along with her into the practice and a desire to understand the mechanics of the orthodontic field.
With her vast knowledge, she is in charge of inventory and the behind-the-scene ordering for the office, which helps our days move along quite smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, and of course, her beautiful little granddaughter, Addison.
- Scheduling Coordinator
Trish is primarily in charge of scheduling our patients, although she also completes and processes our patients insurance forms. She goes the extra mile to help everyone get the benefits they are entitled to. Trish takes on the daily challenge of keeping the daily schedule balanced, which makes Dr. Stush and the rest of the staff very happy. Trish lives in New Columbia with her husband, 2 dogs, and 12 chickens. She enjoys gardening and being outdoors.
- Clinical Assistant
Kayla is the youngest member of our team. She was a former patient, and approached Dr. Stush to do a co-op from a local technical school she was attending. We then asked Kayla to join our team as a full-time assistant. She takes on the daily challenge of learning what being a committed orthodontic assistant involves.
Kayla enjoys Dr. Stush’s sense of humor. She has a warm and friendly smile. Kayla lives west of Mifflinburg. She loves drag racing, tractor pulling, camping, and riding her horse Mac.
